About Us

Our Latin American operations began with a partnership between Flint Ink and Sun-Fast Color in Mexico, which resulted in the creation of Flint Mexicana S de RL de CV. Later, Flint Ink worked with Rendic International, a distributor, to build an export business to Latin America.

In 1994, Flint Ink fully acquired both Flint Ink Mexicana and Rendic International, establishing the company’s foothold in the Latin America region. Continued organic growth, additional acquisitions and the 2005 merger of Flint Ink and XSYS Print Solutions increased the division’s scope, bringing it to present size.
